EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, As New merchandise purchased on ShopSplash.com for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and send back your item(s) with the correct size and/or color of the new item you wish to exchange and our warehouse will take care of the rest.

In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock will will notify you via email and issue you a personalize store credit code to use in-store or online.

One Way Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

RETURNS

ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.

Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and send back your item(s) for store credit.

Our warehouse will contact you via email to confirm your store credit amount and code. Please note your store credit does not expire and will be available at anytime.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Shop Splash and designer garment tags still attached. All footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Shop Splash.

REFUNDS

Shop Splash does not issue refunds of any kind unless items ordered were defective upon receipt or out of stock at the time of purchase. If items are defective upon arrival you have to inform us (info@shopsplash.com) and provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the items. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS

We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. We cannot make any changes/cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped. Sorry :(

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.

Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items if the order has not shipped. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
