EXCHANGES & RETURNS

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGE ITEMS UNLESS DAMAGED OR OUT OF STOCK UPON ORDERING.

EXCHANGES

Changed your mind? We’ll gladly accept unworn, as new merchandise purchased on ShopSplash.com for return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and send back your item(s) with the correct size and/or color of the new item you wish to exchange and our warehouse will take care of the rest.

In the unfortunate event that the item you are looking for is no longer in stock will will notify you via email and issue you a personalize store credit code to use in-store or online.

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside the US you will need to pay taxes and duties on this.

RETURNS

ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form and send back your item(s) for store credit.

Our warehouse will contact you via email to confirm your store credit to use online. Please note your store credit does not expire and will be available use online at anytime.

If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and e-mailed to you.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Shop Splash and designer garment tags still attached. All footwear must be in its original shoebox, and swimwear & bodysuits must have the hygiene liners intact. Also, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Shop Splash.

Repeated Returns

We offer a flexible returns & exchange policy to make your online shopping experience easy. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

REFUNDS

Shop Splash does not issue refunds of any kind unless items ordered were defective upon receipt or out of stock at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits will be issued within 2-3 days upon receipt of return or exchange.

  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.shopsplash.com.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Splash account.

Store credits will be issued to you via email through a coupon code. To redeem your store credit simply enter the coupon code in the gift card section of the checkout. Your credit will automatically deduct from your total.

CANCELLATIONS

This can get tricky… We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. However, our warehouse works fast to make sure your order is shipped out on time. We cannot make any changes/cancellations once your order has been processed and shipped. Sorry :(

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.

Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credits only that can be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.
