RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WE OFFER MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.

Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original order delivery and must be accompanied with original tags attached.

We provide free return labels for exchanges only; exchanges are only allowed for same product in a different size, and are subject to availability upon receiving the return. Returns will have the return label cost deducted from their credit. We do not offer return labels for international orders. International returns must be done at your own expense.

Please do not ship your return back without authorization, as it will not be processed. SPLASH reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address/phone number and select which items from your order you wish to return or exchange.  Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you. If you choose to use our domestic return label, a $9 fee will be applied to your store credit. Print the provided return label, attach it to the package and drop off your package at UPS/USPS. Once your order is received, we will issue your store credit within 1 business day.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at info@shopsplash.com. We would be happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped out! Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any cancellations, or changes. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping. You will not be refunded for any circumstances above.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards (store credit) cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. 

STORE PICK-UP RETURN POLICY

Our 14 days return policy remains the same for in-store pick-up orders. The 14 days begin from the day your order is fulfilled and your ready for pickup notification is sent. If order is picked up after 14 days, the return period will have expired, therefore you won't be able to return for exchange or store credit.

DOMESTIC

Orders are generally received within 2-7 business days from the ship date, depending on location. If you need an item by a certain date, you may email us or call and we can tell you the earliest day your package will arrive.

Orders received before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day with the exception of Pre-Order items (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

 *Orders placed for overnight and 2-Day service before 12:00 PM EST will ship out the same day - excluding holidays and weekends-. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST. will ship out the following business day.

Please Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays; Some orders may take up to 24-48 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.

All orders over $1000 will required a signature before it can be delivered.

We can not be held responsible for any delays, missing, lost or stolen packages sent by our couriers, once it has left our facility. If there is an issue with your delivery please contact your courier service directly.

PRE-ORDERS

Ship dates for pre-order items are shown on product page. Please note that these dates are an estimate and are subject to change.  We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. 

Domestic orders that include pre-order and in-stock items will be split into two shipments. Available items will ship within our normal shipping times, and pre-order items will ship by the estimated date given.

International orders that contain pre-order and in-stock items will ship when all items are available to ship.

Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on pre-order items if the order has not shipped and we will issue a full refund. 

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $35.00 USD. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to non-payment of these duties and taxes, you will be issued a store credit for your order (minus shipping fee).

International orders, will not be given a return label. All international returns must be paid at customers expense. 

Orders placed after noon EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

MISSING ORDER

If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
